ATTORNEY TEACHES STUDENTS - Jerry Miller recently instructed 7th grade civics classes at Ruckle Middle School. He spoke about the U. S. Constitution Bill of Rights, particularly the 1st amendment freedom of speech. The class sessions included a survey of the historical development of the freedom as it has come to apply to and protect citizens, as the freedom has expanded to protect against Federal, State and local regulations.
