David Pleat Wins Federal Trial for Client
David Pleat, senior partner of the firm, recently obtained a successful verdict from Federal Judge Richard Smoak in a Federal Court trial in the Northern District of Florida. Mr. Pleat represented a commercial fishing enterprise sued for approximately $1 million dollars plus punitive damages. At the end of a multiple day trial, Judge Smoak ruled in favor of Mr.
